SUPERSARO MISSION #3: Hexagon Hose saves the cement plant.
In cement plants, the burner slides back and forth on a track and rails to regulate flame and temperature. This requires a hose that is both flexible and resistant to wear from CSS (calculated steam system) and CDR (co-disposed residuals). Hexagon Hose—a rubber hose with a hexagonal ceramic inner layer—offers the flexibility needed for axial movement and the resistance required for co-processing, resulting in more flame control, greater continuity, and less fossil fuel consumption.
