Chromium carbide wear-resistant plates
SAROMAX100 is the SARO anti-wear solution composed of extremely hard chromium carbides applied by powder fusion in an electric arc welding bath onto a carbon steel base. The special composition of the coating guarantees:

SAROMAX100 It is supplied in sheets with a useful standard size of 1460×2950 mm in various thicknesses to meet the construction and/or maintenance needs of each customer.
The hardness of chromium carbides does not allow for chip removal machining, only laser or plasma cutting. It is possible to order sheets and custom-made parts such as hoppers, chutes, cyclones, wear plates, blades, plows, scrapers, etc., with thicknesses different from those shown in the table.
