SARO anti-wear scrapers for conveyor belt cleaning

SARORAS is the line of anti-wear scrapers developed by SARO for cleaning conveyor belts used to handle bulk, granular and abrasive materials. SARORAS systems are designed to ensure high cleaning efficiency, operating continuity and long service life, even in the most demanding industrial applications. INSTALLATION

SARORAS Standard and Reversible must be installed downline of the return pulley; these scraper types are designed to work on a flat section.

SARORAS Modular is particularly effective when installed at the return pulley. The ideal working point, depending on pulley size, is 70 mm below its axis. Thanks to the teardrop design of this version, a preload force can be applied to the scrapers, increasing cleaning efficiency and maintaining it as the scraping element wears.

SARORAS Standard

SARORAS Standard is a ready-to-install scraper system designed to ensure ease of installation, operational reliability, and high wear resistance. The SARCER plates are co-molded within the anti-abrasion polyurethane body, creating a compact and highly resistant structure. The tubular support structure:

SARORAS Modular
