SARO wear-resistant flexible hoses for pneumatic transport

HEXAGON Hose and TETRAGON Hose are flexible anti-wear solutions developed by SARO for pneumatic conveying applications of highly abrasive materials, both for discharge and suction. These systems combine the flexibility of rubber hoses with the high wear resistance of SARCER ceramic, offering high performance even in the most severe operating conditions. In pneumatic conveying of bulk and powdery materials, flexible pipes are one of the points most subject to erosion and abrasion, especially in the presence of:

  • increase transport speed

TETRAGON Hose

  • Excellent performance in highly aggressive pneumatic conveying

TETRAGON hose finds application primarily:

HEXAGON & TETRAGON Hoses can be supplied in different configurations:
