SARO anti-wear scrapers for conveyor belt cleaning

SARORAS is the line of anti-wear scrapers developed by SARO for cleaning conveyor belts used in the handling of bulk, granular, and abrasive materials. INSTALLATION

The installation of SARORAS Standard and Reversible scrapers must be performed downstream of the return pulley; these types of scrapers are designed to work on a flat surface.

The installation of SARORAS Modular is particularly effective when done at the return pulley. The ideal working point, depending on the size of the pulley, is 70 mm below its axis. Thanks to the drop design of this version, it is possible to apply a preload force to the scrapers, increasing the degree of cleaning and maintaining it during the wear of the scraping element.

SARORAS Standard

SARORAS Standard is a ready-to-install scraper system designed to ensure ease of installation, operational reliability, and high wear resistance. The SARCER plates are co-molded within the anti-abrasion polyurethane body, creating a compact and highly resistant structure. The tubular support structure:
