Hexagon Hose is the definitive solution for pneumatic conveying of high-wear bulk materials, both under pressure or under vacuum. It combines the flexibility of rubber hoses with the durability of Sarcer Ceramic. Hexagon Hose significantly reduces maintenance issues in the systems of sectors such as: cement (Convey of dry cement), W2E, steelworks (convey of coal powder), recycling waste recovery systems (RDF - SRF) and mines.
Tetragon hose is a solution designed for pneumatic conveying of high-wear bulk materials, both under pressure and under vacuum. It offers even more flexibility than Hexagon Hose while maintaining the same durability performance. Tetragon Hose is a product designed primarily for steelworks (convey of coal powder), but can also be installed in other types of systems.
Hexagon & Tetragon hose can be supplied in different variants: Smooth, Corrugated, Covered with glass-fibre mat, Corrugated with fibre.
Hexagon & Tetragon Hose can be connected with different connection types according to customer requirements. They are supplied cut to size, or in rolls of: 20m from DN20 to DN63,5 – 10m from DN70 to DN100 – 6m >DN100
On request, pipes can be produced with insertion of continuous wire for tapping and with different mixtures also suitable for higher temperatures and/or chemical agents.
