RESINALCERAMICS® T250 A&B It is a two-component, ceramic-filled epoxy paste designed to protect, rebuild, and repair high-wear areas of plants and machinery. This product is typically used in applications with an operating range of -30 to 150 ºC. Typical applications include cyclone and separator bodies, dust collectors and extractors, pump casings and impellers, fan blades and housings, chutes and hoppers, elbows and diverters.

Repairs
Any voids, holes, or thin areas found in the coating can be repaired by lightly abrading, cleaning the area, and applying additional product.
Cleaning
Immediately after use, tools must be cleaned with a suitable detergent, e.g., a solvent such as acetone or isopropyl alcohol. Once hardened, the material can only be removed mechanically.

Storage
Store the product in the closed container in a dry place. Storage information may be indicated on the labeling of the product container.
Optimal storage: 8 to 21 °C. Storage below 8 °C or above 28 °C may adversely affect product properties. Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use. Do not return the product to the original container. SARO Srl cannot assume responsibility for product contaminated or stored under conditions other than those previously stated.
