Hexagon Hose It is the definitive solution for the pneumatic transport of highly abrasive materials, both in pressure and vacuum. It combines the flexibility of rubber hoses with the durability of Sarcer Ceramics. Hexagon Hose significantly reduces maintenance problems in systems for sectors such as: cement plants (transport of dry cement), waste-to-energy plants, steel mills (transport of coal dust), recycling plants (CDR-CSS), and quarries.
Tetragon hose It is a solution designed for the pneumatic conveying of highly abrasive materials, both in pressure and vacuum. It offers even more flexibility than Hexagon hoses while maintaining the same durability performance. Tetragon Hose is a product primarily designed for steel mills (transport of coal powder), although it is also applicable to other types of plants.
Hexagon & Tetragon hose can be supplied in different variants: Smooth, Corrugated, Covered with glass-fibre mat, Corrugated with fibre.
Hexagon & Tetragon Hose They can be connected with different types of connections upon customer request. They are supplied to size or in ropes of: 20m from DN20 to DN63.5 – 10m from DN70 to DN100 – 6m >DN100
Upon request, pipes can be manufactured with the insertion of continuous wire for drilling interception and with different compounds suitable for higher temperatures and/or chemicals.
