SARORAS is the conveyor belt cleaning product line that includes three types of scrapers: Standard, Modular and Reversible.
From the combination of Sarcer's mechanical properties and the best wear-resistant polyurethane comes the scrapers: ideal for applications where rubbing wear is extreme.
SARORAS Standard is a ready-to-assemble product. Sarcer plates are co-molded into the polyurethane body in a compact design. The tubular structure that supports the scraper makes it easy to handle and install.
SARORAS Modular is designed to provide the best performance. The teardrop shape of the polyurethane allows the use of adequate preload force that ensures proper belt cleaning.
SARORAS Reversible is designed to be used regardless of the direction of the tape.

Installation of SARORAS Standard and Reversible should be done downstream of the return pulley; these types of scrapers are designed to work flat.
Installation of SARORAS Modular is especially effective if done at the return pulley. The ideal working point, depending on the size of the pulley, is 70 mm below the pulley axis. Due to the teardrop design of this version, it is possible to apply a preload force to the scrapers, increasing the degree of cleanliness and maintaining it while the scraper element is worn.
